We deliver all orders via private courier (door to door). A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched and if you opted to create a user account you will also be able to track your order status via your user account dashboard.

Typically speaking the entire process from order confirmation to delivery takes around 7 days, sometimes a bit longer. The duration of time that this process takes is dependent on how quickly the clones establish a healthy root system.

Orders placed before 11am on weekdays will begin the initiation phase the same day, orders placed after 11am will be processed the next working day.

We currently do not accept product returns. It is of high importance to us that we ONLY dispatch healthy, happy clones. If you happen to have issues with the arrival state of your clone please get in touch with our support team to get some assistance.
